How to Manage Multiple Gmail Accounts. Gmail is one of the best email clients for multiple accounts. The ability to organize emails with labels, folders, and multiple inboxes within one account enables you to stay organized even if you manage multiple email accounts from one place. Important emails can also be starred and flagged within Gmail. Use Multiple Telegram Accounts. With the latest updates, Telegram also allows users to have multiple accounts. This is great for people like me who like to keep their work and personal accounts separate. To add a new account, tap on the arrow beside your name and tap on Add Account. Use Multiple Telegram Accounts. I’m sure there are reasons why you might want to use multiple Telegram accounts. I just have the one account but if you want more than that, you can. Otherwise, you can create a new Google account to use for your Telegram account. Now, navigate to the option called Google Voice. Then, you can either select “ Register ” or choose a phone number. Now, you should register it with the Telegram platform. Wait for a couple of seconds so the confirmation code will arrive.
Back again with another guide! I’m pretty sure you all know that you can easily use more than one account on Telegram. Whether you do it on one device or several is up to you but today I’m gonna lay out the basics and show just how many accounts you can actually run at once. The guide will obviously assume you have the SIM cards to create all these accounts so I’ll skip the “buy a SIM” step whenever applicable. ;)
First things first, you can easily have three separate accounts running on a mobile Telegram client. Simply open your user profile and hit ‘Add Account’ to do so. On Android, you can also use Telegram’s direct download version, which is an APK available from their site. That’s another 3 in the bag. Lastly, you can also try Telegram X, which does not have a limit on the number of accounts. So using only the official apps, you can get to 3 and 100+ accounts on iOS and Android respectively.

Next is the web version. Depending on how many browsers you have on your phone and whether you’re willing to keep an incognito tab open in addition to a regular one, you can have multiple accounts per browser, whether you’re using WebK or WebZ. Do note that the web versions currently don’t support multi-account logins, so one instance of web = 1 account, which is why having an incognito tab is important as it effectively creates a new web login.
On to Desktop. The start is the same as mobile - side-menu, down-arrow next to your name and ‘Add Account’. But don’t forget you can also get the Telegram Portable version, which acts as a separate entity from the regular Desktop app. So that’s another 3 accounts. Not sure what the Mac ecosystem is like right now, but last time I checked there were two apps you could install as well, meaning both Desktop options net you 6 accounts.
So with web, Android and Desktop you could easily be running 20+ accounts. What you would do with them is up to you, I just wanted to clear up that the power is there. Also, importantly, I wanna note that all these accounts will have separate notifications settings, so if you have a main acc and a backup one, you can mute the backup easily while still getting all the notifs from the main one. Especially important for work/personal accounts.
